I first visited Barbara in December 2020 just as the shop opened again after the second lockdown. Our wedding was in July 2021 and it was a very stressful experience not knowing if it could all go ahead but Barbara did everything she could to make me feel calm even when things were very uncertain. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at About a Bride! Barbara was so helpful and after trying a couple of dresses she knew exactly which ones to show me. The shop works on an appointment only basis meaning you get the shop and Barbara to yourself which is such a lovely experience. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time .My dress was stunning and I felt like a princess on my wedding day in May 2021! Thank you!
