As we are March intake student nurses, it was difficult to find a property to rent starting from March. However, when we came across Findspace, Kerry and Phill did more than enough to help us find a place and has let us stay here for 2 years. I couldn’t recommend findspace anymore, cheap rent, bills included and if there’s a problem, it soon gets fixed! Can’t find anything wrong with where we live and we thank Kerry and Phill for being so helpful and great!
Really nice and affordable houses for students living in Newcastle in comparison to other places that charge a fortune! The people are lovely and always help us out with any issues we have and things always get sorted when they need to, so communication is great. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a place to rent during their studies! :)
Professional, efficient and friendly: perfect estate agents and landlords. I'm now in my fourth student house in Newcastle and can confidently say that Findspace were by far the best agency that I've been through: low fees, fair with deposit returns, quick to conduct any repairs, and they kept us in the loop with any property maintenance.
The house we stayed in was in good condition, especially considering the price. Our tenancy included bills and these were charged at a fair rate. The organisation and efficiency was top-notch.
I think the only downside is that it took me until my fifth year of uni before I found them! Would thoroughly recommend, and I will definitely be recommending to fellow students/friends in future.
