If I could give them 0 stars I would! Very poor customer service! I got a quote for a gas cooker Instalation, which was £85 and got charged £110 instead. The engineer appointed to the job never showed up and instead got somebody who doesn't even work for the company to come over and do the job for him, as he was stuck in traffic, apparently. The person who tried to connect my cooker had no idea what he was doing had no tools and anything with him. He told me I had no gas connected to the cooker pipe after fiddling with it for 15 mins. Later on it turned out that there was and is a gas connection there and that this person has actually damaged my new cooker which costs almost £500. 5 days on and I am still waiting for the refund and looks like I will have to chase them for it. Please please please stay away from this company!
