No stars! Ben came out to boiler repair - rushed ended up blowing fan and then deemed boiler not repairable - quote £2400 for new boiler.
Had to get another company who fixed boiler for less £500.
Had booked a gas fire & boiler service before boiler broke and got it totally wrong and service boiler that no longer needed servicing after other company took boiler of wall and did checks - they didn’t do gas fire - all this cost £220 plus paying another engineer who fixed boiler for - Ben could have cost me £2000 with wrong diagnosis.
Raised a complaint to which he called me back whilst I had low blood sugar being diabetic which I explained and should have offered to call me back bit later but no he just went on and refused any offer of refund.
Efficient, trust worthy and very polite from enquirers to work completion.
Highly recommend Ben Keogh and his work force
