Rang Steve and he gave quote and time of fitting which was next day. I had previously asked for a quote from someone else who informed me that they would not remove the element and advised new tank which would have cost me a great deal more. Steve dealt with it with no problem. I have since recommended him to others. As a pensioner I felt safe and cost was in my budget
