I have never had a personal trainer before, but Joao is really good at what he does. I've felt comfortable with sharing my goals and reasons for them from day 1, and as we progressed with our program I felt more confident at working out.

I don't have experience with consistent working out routine, but I have gotten strong really quickly, thanks to Joao's close guidance. He is good at explaining technique for each exercise and makes sure I complete them safely without hurting myself.
Another thing to note: he doesn't only track your working out progress etc, but also checks in on your mental wellbeing, which is not something everyone does but is actually crucial.

All in all, I am really happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend for everyone else!
