I have seen Elvina for two years. Initially for back pain after a gardening injury and then after a cycling accident. The treatment has been first-class and provided the relief I needed.

I've been taking my parents to see Elvina over the past couple of months, and I can see such excellent results in a short space of time.
My mum had prolonged knee pain that led to considerable mobility restriction (that GPs thought was due to arthritis). However, Elvina has brought the movement back to her and a sense of revived independence - she can walk freely, climb the stairs and drive once again!
After years of shoulder pain, my dad can now enjoy a table tennis family game!

She works so hard to find the root of an injury or problem you may have and takes her time to understand the workings of your body as well as your mind in order to help as much as she can. She uses her social media to teach those who may have certain issues (even if you didn’t realise it!) and her posts are knowledgeable and fun.
I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me over the past few years and look forward to my appointments with her. I enjoy every second and the time flies by so fast! Anyone would be lucky to have Elvina and I cannot recommend her enough.
