Joining this club is one of the best decisions I ever made. The instructors are very knowledgeable, inclusive and friendly. It's a very relaxed and friendly place to learn practical self defense. If you're looking to get fitter and learn how to defend yourself, I can't recommend AR Krav Maga enough for all ages, sizes, genders or abilities. Everyone will come away with useful knowledge and new skills.
Foundation Course - I was nervous and didn't know what to expect from a Krav Maga course. Jack's classes are so well run - friendly staff with no egos and an excellent standard of training and teaching.
To anyone thinking about trying a class with AR - give it a go! What've you got to lose? It's been such good value, so much fun and I already feel more confident.
