A Little Background

I have been interested in people for as long as I can remember; how people react to certain situations or stimuli is extremely interesting to me. Some years ago, I was a Coach with the Larne Mini and Junior Rugby teams and witnessed first-hand how very simple suggestions could vastly improve the players. Strength, focus, stamina, and concentration all improved when coached correctly and properly motivated. This led to limitations being left behind, self-belief improving, and performances enhancing.

Then in 2012, I gained my qualifications as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Ireland, and I continued my career as a Trainer with the Institute (ICHI & ICHNI).

Becoming A Full Time Therapist

Hypnotherapy truly launched me onto a completely different level and mindset. It gave me access to the deepest parts of the mind and really opened the doors for change to happen. I realised that I had worked too many long nights for too many years, and I eventually left the construction industry to become a full-time therapist, emotional intelligence coach, and personal development coach in Belfast. Continuing my studies, I eventually became an NLP Coach and Practitioner, and a Time Line Therapy Practitioner, which has brought me many new clients.
