I contacted Jason and his team last week to clear my parents house after it had been empty for over a year. We were unsure whether to sell or rent.
We decided to clear the house and sell. Jason was superb in his advice to leave carpets and curtains but to remove rubbish, furniture and bric a brac. The team went on to clear the house and outbuildings. They hoovered and lightly cleaned.
I live in another county so i was happy to leave the keys and pass them onto the Estate Agents
