Caremark (Medway) Home Care Services In Rochester, Kent

I have been working for Caremark Dartford and Gravesham for nearly 3 years as a care coordinator and my experience has been wonderful. I have enjoyed every day so far. I've learnt alot and met wonderful people. It's nice to work for a company that cares about clients and care staff, this is shown in the carers and clients feedback and wonderful reviews. A typical day at work is busy but rewarding. I have great, supportive and helpful work colleagues and wonderful care staff.

I worked for Caremark as a carer for over a year, I was always supported by the management team and felt I could always go to them if I had any concerns. They always ensured I had enough work as per my contracted hours and I would always have the same clients every day with enough travel time between calls. It is so lovely working for a company who genuinely care about their staff, this reflects out in the field and gives such a positive energy to clients and their families. I was then offered a position as a Field Care Supervisor , giving me the chance to step-up and progress in my career which I am forever grateful for. It is a pleasure to work with them, they have helped me to gain confidence, knowledge and experience within my role. I look forward to my future with them. Thanks Team.
