At a very sad time, Alan and his team helped us deal with burying my mum. They collected her and made the entire experience easy for myself, my sisters and above all my dad. I would recommend them to anyone as they are professional and showed great empathy to all my family as well. If I could give 10 stars I would my as dad who has buried almost all of his 7 brothers and 2 sisters had issues with other funeral directors(Co-op included), Alan was recommended by a friend and their personal touch shone through from start to finish. Alan was able to give us exceptional service and care, while keeping us informed throughout the planning stages of funeral services. Alan's experience and expertise gave us great comfort by exceeding our request and meeting all time contraints due to travel deadlines. Alan and his son were extremely helpful and kind during a very difficult time for my family. They ensured that our views and wishes were included every step of the way and awaited any instruction before proceeding. Alan also recognised when it was difficult to make certain decisions and allowed additional time to process the information. To support with decisions he offered suggestions from his experience which was greatly appreciated when decisions were far from thought.
