friendly way.

I rented for a year from rees and associates as they were previously, nothing but praise for them, any faults and there amazing maintenance men would be straight round.
All in all the only place to rent from in Cambridge.
I usually do not write reviews, and I certainly never have anything positive to say about estate agents. That being said, RMR have proven to be excellent. Very responsive, always professional, no nasty surprises with fees and so forth, no fobbing you off if you have a problem, very accommodating (no pun intended). I've rented many properties via estate agents in my time, and I can say with confidence that RRM has been, to date, the best. The professionalism is, to me, particularly notable. I've often found with estate agents that they can get quite catty when you raise issues with them, or condensing. RMR are alwasy neutral in tone, and are more interested in solving issues than taking things personally. That's how it should always be! This is business, after all. I'd also emphasise their responsiveness. When we moved into a property managed by RMR, we found it to be in a less than desirable state (it mostly hadn't been cleaned all too well). They rectified this, with little prompting, within a week. It's a shame they do not manage the new property my partner and I are moving into... alas, nothing lasts forever. Overall, you can trust RMR and rest at ease that you are in reliable hands.
