Shan was great with communication, and was quite flexible with my requirements. The car was easily big enough for 4 full size suit cases and other travel bags, and two passengers. The car was also clean, and the driving was safe. It was a pleasant trip to our destination. The price was very competitive which I liked because it enabled me to say thanks with a decent tip at the end. Also, my flight was slow to unload, but they waited for me and didn't complain or charge me extra. I would definitely use them again, and would hope to have the same great service.
