We had a great experience. The team reacted very quickly to our problem (broken freezer) and arranged a home visit. The technician, Daniel, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Daniel was able to diagnose the fault quickly and arranged to order the part we needed. Once the part was available Daniel returned to finish the repair. He was so helpful and kind and even insisted on helping remove items from our freezer to help. Daniel fixed the issue and all is now working well. An all round good experience which is why I have taken the time to leave this review. I would have no hesitation in recommending based on our above experience.

My freezer broke down and I contacted Helen late in the afternoon and they came the following day. Daniel the engineer was very good and said he could fix the freezer but could not guarantee whether the repair would last a week or a year - it was my call. I decided to order a new freezer. They had a good selection in stock but I wanted a Bosch so had to wait a few days. Daniel came and fitted the new freezer. He was very tidy and careful taking my old freezer out of the house. At all times Home Needs kept me informed of appointment times. It was lovely to deal with people who cared about the customer. Would highly recommend Home Needs.
