He understood that I had past anxieties, so he always explained exactly what he would do, how he would do it, and what I might feel. His chairside manner was calming and patient-focused, which alleviated my stress. Thank you, Alex, you're highly recommended!
My appointment was with Dr James Cullen. He was so kind and friendly, I really felt so looked after! Dr Cullen made sure I felt comfortable at all times. I was seen quickly from the waiting room too.
This was my first visit to Brenchley Dental, and I can honestly say it's the first time I've enjoyed a dental appointment! The surgery itself is in a wonderful setting with easy parking. The inside is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Everyone there was so friendly and inviting, and the dentist I saw and his nurse were so supportive and spent a long time explaining my options and reassuring me. I will look forward to my next visit!
