The gardeners arrive on time and are very nice. They always explain what they can do for my backyard. I once asked them if they could remove the tree stump I had in my garden. They said they could do that but didn't remove it completely. I went there to check and they did cut it all the way down and evened it out with the ground. However, it was still there. The next appointment I had with them, I asked why they didn’t tell me about it. They apologised and said they didn’t have the correct tools to remove the whole thing but they brought them this time. They removed it properly and filled the hole. Great service, I am very happy to be working with this company.
