They quoted me £47 (Leicester to Birmingham). When I asked for the receipt after the trip they gave a receipt for £56, saying they now need to add VAT. They subcontract jobs out and their subcontractors give jobs to other subcontractors. I arrived in Birmingham on 10 November 2017 at 9:30pm and I was told that the driver would be waiting at arrivals but the message to pick me up from arrivals got lost in multiple subcontracting. Eventually someone did pick me up at 10pm in the car park after I had made several calls. The owner of this company, was boorish, rude, unsympathetic. He (incorrectly) surmised that since I was not happy with the service I might not pay the fare, so he passed on a message to the subcontractor to get my fare upfront and if I refuse, let me off at the side of the road. I heard this on the speaker phone in the car, which embarrassed the nice driver of the car. Avoid Leicester airport cars like the plague.
