I used this service on NY Eve. Excellent service. The car arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the very smooth door to door service.
We needed a taxi from a wedding venue to Ettington Chase. The prices quoted from other taxi companies were horrendous. As we do not live in the area, I looked carefully and found Stour Valley. We were lucky to speak to Phil. A good price , under half what others had quoted,and excellent service. He text to inform us he had arrived , settled us in to the car and was so friendly. Thank you Stour Valley for ensuring the end of our day was as perfect as the wedding. Will definitely recommend you and keep your number for future reference.
The front desk at the Ettington Park Hotel booked a taxi for us when we checked out. Phil from Stour Valley Prive & Executive Hire was very friendly and pleasant. The ride to Stratford upon avon was smooth, at a reasonable price. I should have booked him for our trip from there to Coventry a day later, but I didn't. Instead I just used a taxi waiting outside the White Swan hotel and the driver was not professional at all. I would definintely get in touch with Phil next time we are in the area.
