Absolute joke of a company - called for a weekend emergency call out at £120 - banged around, said it needed new elements and promised to come back on Monday to install the parts. Monday rolls by, I take the time off work - he doesn't arrive, I call and he makes excuses about a broken car but provides all assurances he will come on Tuesday. Take the time off work, no sign of him, call his number, he doesnt pick up. Tells you everything about the type of person working at this joke of a "company" - absolutely no morals or comprehension of the impact of his actions, or lack of therein. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
