I bought one of their famous inject-and-forget lights back in February and didn't get around to using it until a few months later. Was received it super quick and I must say, it genuinely is just as simple as the instructions on their website, it's pretty much foolproof and almost impossible to mess it up as long as you keep it at the right temperature. The most low-maintenance grow bag on the market with probably the highest success rate. 10/10 and worth every penny.
Super quick delivery on both of my orders to date. Great offering of products. I did have an issue with an item in my first order, but this was promptly resolved with some guidance and a replacement. You can always tell a good company by how they deal with you when things go wrong. Would strongly recommend and I will be using them again
I had an issue with my thermostat, I called the mobile number provided and spoke with Mark He was very patient in assisting me, he took me through the steps to rectify the issue and advised me to give them a call if I had any other issues. 3 weeks later I was still having some trouble, Mark offered to replace a couple of items free of charge. 10/10 prompt service. I will definitely be continuing to use spore buddies in the future. Thanks, guys!!
