Sorted me out when I was in a bit of a tight spot. Extremely helpful in person and over the phone, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Extremely pleased with the results, couldn't recommend Bridgewood and Neitzert highly enough!
My daughter's cello A string broke the night before her cello exam, about 10min before this shop was due to close. I called the shop and they very kindly agreed to wait, if we could get there soon, which we did. The elder gentleman was incredibly helpful, and also gave my daughter excellent advice about her exam, which she has taken to heart, and is helping her prepare.
