Excellent service and speedy delivery.
After 15 years of use our old washing machine passed away and refused to start. I phoned Carter’s Horsham who ran through the various alternatives available, the one we wanted was not in stock due to the factory closing in Germany due to COVID-19. After going through the various alternatives available we settled on the model similar to our original.
The machine was delivered the following day with an explanation as to how it worked by two helpful staff who installed it and took the old one away.
We have used Carter’s for several years and will continue to do so. A friendly and helpful company.
