My laptop crashed without warning . Was then not charging, unable to boot and intermittently flashing the 'charging' green light on the laptop indicating that it needed charge!
Approached the Click IT store who were very friendly and systematically undertook the troubleshooting process to determine whether it was my charger/laptop battery.
Thank you for your help and would definitely visit again to sort out my hardware issues!
Bought a 2nd refurbished tower pc today. Good item, well explained and when i had an issue with it, the guy gave me his undivundivided attention until it was sorted ( which turned out to be my error) . Highly recommended
