We just required a survey with Jonathan at Navah Consulting and I am truly happy of the service provided. I received a phone call few hours after I requested to book a survey on the website and in no time everything was arranged for me. On the day of the survey I was phoned by Jon who explained to me all the findings and the next morning the full report was in my inbox with lot of details and pictures. I have used Navah Consulting twice now and the service has been great. Jonathan has communicated well with me prior to and after completing the survey. He also rang me to discuss the survey and gave me feedback about the property verbally prior to the report being completed. On both occasions, the report was completed the day after the survey was conducted. The reports were very detailed with photos and any areas of concern were highlighted, described and rated in terms of severity.
