Menacing, intimidating & scary
We cancelled the taxi with short notice due to needing to urgently reach the train station. Taxi driver followed us to the train station and proceeded to confront us on why we had not answered his call. Taxi driver was confrontational and swearing.
He also followed me and my family up to the platform. This scared my 9 year old daughter who was worried for her safety and the safety of the family as a whole. When attempting to raise this concern with the taxi office they hung up on us and refused to answer any further calls.
