This is a very welcoming and friendly practice with many different treatments available. I have been having Osteopathy treatment for the last couple of months and would fully recommend. Amanda is very good at identifying the specific muscles which are causing the problems and manipulating them with deep tissue massage and exercise. My movement is so much better and with continued exercise and the occasional maintenance visit, I should soon be totally pain free.
